FAQ

How is this different from… 5

How is this different from cult.fit?

Cult.fit is a gym subscription. You pay monthly and they hope you show up. StrictWolf is a 21-day program that checks whether you actually ate what you said you would. You can pay cult.fit for a year and never go. You cannot pay StrictWolf for a day and not get checked.

How is this different from a personal trainer?

A trainer holds you accountable for the hour you spend with them. StrictWolf holds you accountable for the other twenty-three. The trainer does not know what you ate at 11 PM. The AI does.

How is this different from HealthifyMe?

HealthifyMe depends on you logging what you ate, and you log what you wanted to eat, not what you did. StrictWolf moves the proof into the camera. There is no negotiation between what you recorded and what you put in your mouth.

How is this different from Whoop or Oura?

Whoop and Oura measure what you did. StrictWolf makes you do it. A band tells you your strain was high yesterday. StrictWolf holds your own deposit and refunds it only for the days you actually eat what you committed to.

How is this different from a referee or an honour-system app?

Those rely on a friend or on self-reported outcomes. StrictWolf verifies every meal from a live recording in real time. Less negotiable. Harder to fool. The outcome is purely you against your own plan.
